    Even trough, if my math is correct: 2 stairs = 1,5 blocks => 4 stairs = 3 blocks Since we use 6 blocks, they should give you 8 stairs which makes the recipe twice as inefficient I guess there would be some loss of material, so yes, 6 stairs makes perfect sense
