    I suspect Toolstation aren't saying that a partial refund will invalidate the warranty I suspect they're saying that it'll be invalidated because somebody else has previously installed it I presume the options given to the OP are either (a) we'll give you a dsicount of 10% but the warranty will be invalidated, or (b) give it back and you'll get a full refund

    The policy on the Toolstation website says"Within 30 days of receipt, any unused item can be returned at your expense for a full refund Bring it to any of our UK branches, or contact our Customer Service team on info@toolstation com , Freephone 0808 100 7211 etc" When i returned it, they asked for my details, what was wrong with it and said they would send it off to the manufacturer for repairs

    Have a few items got from toolstation, they are new, and have not been opened from their packaging The refund days is Should they take the refund if it is about 3-4 days after the refund period? if we speak to the manager? and will they accept the E-receipt which can be shown on the mobile smartphone? or it has to be a paper receipt?
